This year is Teams of 3! Any gender mix works!

RX - Intemediate and Scaled on ONE TEAM!

1 athlete must be able to do complete a WOD Rx (but that athlete can change event to event)

4 Workouts + a Final for those who make it!

Saturday Oct 3rd, (plan for 7:30am - 4:30pm)

$225 + tax per team
