FALL FRICTION '25!!!

Open to CFL members only.

Date: Saturday Nov. 29, 2025

Registration: Opens Oct.16, closes Nov. 16th

Cost: $150/team
**Register your team before noon Nov.5th to get a t-shirt included with your registration!**

One division for all of us!

Teams: 2 Person (m/m, f/f, f/m)
 - In each event one partner will do RX and one scaled (RX partner can change event to event but not in the middle of a WOD)
- WODs will be scaled between males and females on regularly scaled movements (ex. 80 Cals on the Echo for m/m teams will be 60 for f/f and 70 for f/m)
